Emerge IT Solutions to divest AV division and ownership interest EWT an AV joint venture to Loth, Inc

Erlanger, KY, April 22, 2016- The Emerge companies have chosen to divest their interest in their AV services division as well as an AV joint venture, EWT to Loth, Inc.  This will allow Emerge IT Solutions, and Emerge Managed Solutions to focus on their core business providing IT Infrastructure Solutions and Cloud managed services.
